Witches Night Out! Moonlight Dining and Shopping!

We have a fantastic line-up of restaurants and retail shops participating. Due to COVID-19 Compliance, we are continuing with last year's format. You’ll choose your preferred restaurant and book through our ticket link. You’ll be reserving a table for 2, 4 or 6 for your witches at one of two seating's. 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM.

The tables sell at $20 for 2, $40 for 4 and $60 for 6. The ticket money is your donation to the Livermore Downtown Inc. Fundraiser aspect of the evening. So $10 a person. With the loss of revenue and cancellation of our traditional fundraisers, we greatly appreciate your continued support of Livermore Downtown Inc. with this new layout. Note: If you're group is larger than 6 please email us at Events@livermoredowntown.com so that we can accommodate the space needed for your group.

When you arrive at the restaurant for your seating, you will order your drinks and dinner directly from the restaurant. (Dinner and Drinks not included in the $10.00 fee.) They are creating fun themed specialty cocktails for you and your witchy team.

Before and after your dinner/drinks seating, it is ALL about the shopping! Moonlight shopping! Our shops will stay open until 9 PM with witchy steals and deals!

As you can see, this layout if different from pre-covid times. BUT some things are the same! Seeing all of your hilarious and creative hats! Great food! Exceptional beverages! Fun with your besties and we have ALL miss that!!!

Hat contest , will once again be virtual this year. Send us photos of your hat to events@livermoredowntown.com with your name, cell phone number and a brief description of the creative thoughts behind the design. Must receive those pics by October 4th. We’ll run the contest on social media and announce the winners on October 5th. Winners will get prizes and a sash to wear during Witches Night Out so you can strut your contest winning stuff!

Again, thank you for your patience and thank you for your continued support of Livermore Downtown Inc. and our locally owned business community. This has been a very difficult year for all of us and this event helps to bring us all back together again. That has us VERY excited!!!
