We have a fantastic line-up of restaurants and retail shops participating. Due to COVID-19 Compliance, it’s a whole new event. You’ll choose your preferred restaurant and book through our ticket site. You’ll be reserving a table for 2, 4 or 6 for your witches at one of three diffetent seatings. 4:00 PM, 5:45 PM or 7:30.

The tables sell at $20 for 2, $40 for 4 and $60 for 6. The ticket money is your donation to the Livermore Downtown Inc. Fundraiser aspect of the evening. So $10 a person. With the loss of revenue and cancellation of our traditional fundraisers, we greatly appreciate your continued support of Livermore Downtown Inc. with this new layout.

When you arrive at the restaurant for your seating, you will order your drinks and dinner directly from the restaurant. They are creating fun themed menus, specialty cocktails, and special surprises for you and your witchy team.

Before and after your dinner/drinks seating, it is ALL about the shopping! Moonlight shopping! Our shops will stay open until 9 PM with witchy steals and deals!

As you can see, definitely different. BUT one thing will be the same! Seeing all of your hilarious and creative hats! Great food! Exceptional beverages! Fun with your besties and we have ALL missed that!!!

Hat contest and of course, an added face mask contest, will be virtual this year. Send us photos of your hat and/or mask to events@livermoredowntown.com with your name, cell phone number and a brief description of the creative thoughts behind the design. Must receive those pics by October 6th. We’ll run the contest on Instagram and announce the winners on October 13th. Winners will get prizes and a sash to wear during Witches Night Out so you can strut your contest winning stuff!
