This week for our run/walk we have a special guest - SALOMON! They are coming with a great fleet of demo shoes for you try. Testing a pair of shoes are free and we have a wonderful set of courses just for you. Make sure to get here early enough to get your size. The run/walk will start about 6:30PM.

There are a variety of distances starting at 2.4, 3-4, and 5+ miles. The most popular is the 3.5 mile course, but we have a map for an 8 miler. Ask the staff for a longer course.

Don't FORGET (now that it's getting darker earlier):
-to wear high-visibility clothing
-to bring a headlamp or flash light (Free demo headlamps are available on a first-come, first-served basis)
