Halloween fun in Historic Downtown Livermore 10-1PM!  Calling all children 5th Grade and Under!  Trick or Treating at participating downtown businesses and with our local organizations at Stockmen's Park.  Costume Contest at Stockmen's Park starting at 11:00AM .
