Led by songwriter Gregory Jones, Happy Minute is an upbeat Livermore-based band that fuses classic rock and country to create an upbeat danceable style. Happy Minute started in 2017 when Gregory Jones (vocals/ lead guitar) and David Sayen (bass guitar) began performing at Caffe Chiave in Oakland and Berkeley. The Happy Minute band is a mainstay of the Livermore Wine Country music scene. Original songs and classic hits are highlighted by fine musicianship by bass player David Sayen, solid beats by drummer Julia Wolley, and soulful vocals and shredding guitar by Missouri native Gregory Jones.
