If you never even heard of Fascia Blasting, This class is for you.

If you have never bought the tools but thought about it, This class is for you.

We will get oiled up and work on our problem areas together and get inspired to do the work.

I've personally lost several inches of fat, unraveled many years of back pain and other dysfunction. This has been my saving grace. I had the pleasure to meet the inventor of the Fascia Blaster- Ashley Black, last year. And I got to ask questions and thank her and really experience professional blasting from the woman herself! It changed the game for me- ever since my passion grows for this incredible tool that has set me free into a body that I love, appreciate and treat with respect. In return, my body loves me back and is healing like a trooper!

Let me support you on your journey!

Wear a skirt or shorts (or bring and change) so we can access legs and wear a tank top or tube top to access arms, shoulders etc.

No need to feel self conscious! We ALL have bodies and we are all beautiful.

We will give you time on the table with me, for some spot work and demos.
