Bernard Allison, a world-class bluesman and the youngest son of renowned Chicago bandleader Luther Allison, has dedicated 56 years to music. After the pandemic hiatus, he experienced a profound rebirth in his old haunt, Bessie Blue Studios, Tennessee, collaborating with esteemed producer Jim Gaines. With his latest studio album, Highs And Lows, released in February 2022, Bernard pays tribute to his father with two classic songs while presenting nine original tracks. The album showcases his diverse musicality, from the irresistible funk gem "Hustler" to the masterful "Last Night," capturing the emotional journey of a man chasing his elusive lover. Bernard is thrilled to embark on his New Year tour, reconnecting with his natural habitat and conveying the excitement of being back on the road through his music.
