Save the date for the Livermore Art Association's annual ART IN THE Park event on Sunday September 8. This event was proposed about 15 years ago when an executive board member was admiring the George Seurat painting of "A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte" and decided to follow the artist's suggestion. Art In The Park will have artists displaying their artwork for sale and some demonstrating their techniques. Join us at Carnegie Park 2155 3rd Street in Livermore from 10 until 3.
